Welcome to bbm solution! By using our computer repair services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any repairs.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting your device for repair, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with our services.
2. Diagnostic Fees

A diagnostic fee may apply to assess the issue with your device.

If you proceed with the repair, the diagnostic fee will be waived or deducted from the total repair cost.

If you choose not to proceed with the repair, the diagnostic fee is non-refundable.
3. Repair Costs

Repair costs will be provided after diagnosis.

All costs include labor and parts unless otherwise stated.

Additional charges may apply if further issues are discovered during the repair process.
4. Data Backup and Liability

Data Backup: We recommend backing up your data before submitting your device for repair. bbm solution is not responsible for any data loss, corruption, or damage that may occur during the repair process.

Data Recovery: If data recovery is required, additional fees may apply. We cannot guarantee the recovery of all data.
5. Warranty on Repairs

We offer a warranty on all repairs for a specified period (e.g., 30–90 days) unless otherwise stated.

The warranty covers defects in parts and labor but does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

Issues unrelated to the original repair.

If a warranty claim is made, you must provide the original repair invoice.
6. Unclaimed Devices

Devices that are not claimed within 30 days of repair completion will be considered abandoned.

bbm solution reserves the right to dispose of or sell unclaimed devices to recover repair costs.
7. Limitation of Liability

bbm solution is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the repair process.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided.
8. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the repair.

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods.

A deposit may be required for expensive repairs or parts.
9. Cancellation Policy

If you cancel a repair after diagnosis, the diagnostic fee will apply.

If you cancel a repair after parts have been ordered, you may be charged for the cost of the parts.
10. Right to Refuse Service

bbm solution reserves the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to:

Devices that are unsafe to repair.

Devices that are counterfeit or stolen.

Customers who are abusive or uncooperative.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

bbm solution reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes.
12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Malaysian law.
